Please
note: All reservations must be confirmed by credit (2.5%
charge for credit card) or debit card number, we take a £40
non-refundable deposit at the time of booking per room. Customers
are advised to take out holiday insurance to cover this. Any no-shows
will be charged at full rate.
Breakages:
Please treat Laurel Cottage property as your own, with respect.
Minor breakages we do not charge, however, we Do charge In Full
for any larger breakages be it by accident or otherwise “Before
your departure”.
If these damages mean we can not let the bedroom until repaired,
you shall also be charged in full the room rate until this damage
is thoroughly fixed.
Please note: when reserving with us here at Laurel
Cottage, you are entering a legal agreement and “Agree”
all of the above without any argument.
